Estate Litigation

In some situations, there are disagreements among the beneficiaries or potential beneficiaries regarding the validity of a Last Will and Testament, or the actions taken by the executor or administrator.  When this occurs, I am prepared to represent the fiduciaries or beneficiaries in the Superior Court of New Jersey.

My Experience

I have over 25 years experience in estate matters, and during that time I have concentrated my practice solely in estate matters, and closely related areas, such a guardianships and taxation.

Attorney as Executor or Administrator

In some situations, I am requested to serve as the executor or administrator of an estate.  This can often minimize the total of executor's fees and attorney's fees for the benefit of the benefit of the beneficiaries.  When I serve as executor or administrator it is necessary for me for make a full disclosure of all fees and responsibilities.
